The magnificent villa Sa Claro is a minimalist luxury property, exclusive on the island of Ibiza.
Fully fenced, in total privacy, surrounded by dense vegetation, it is located very close to the village of San José, and not far from the beautiful beaches of the west coast of Ibiza.

The villa is decorated with great taste ; high quality materials and a unique lighting and home automation system.

This impressive villa has exceptional views of the sea and the sunset.

The villa consists of 3 buildings:

the main house with 4 bedrooms, the secondary house with 2+ bedrooms, and a small guest house (80 m², located about 50 meters from the main house) which can be available on request.

The property is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.

There are 2 swimming pools:
The main infinity pool measures about 20 x 2.5 m, overlooking the sea and the sunset.
The second, much smaller (4 x 4 m) and shallow is located at the front of the main house and will suit toddlers and young children.

Waterfall at the back of the property and visible from the living room of the main house.
Terrace of 2,000m2
Dining area 30 people, large barbecue, bar, sound system, chill-out areas.

Parking for 8 cars

The villa also has a high-specification security system, and an entrance telephone.

8 hours of cleaning per day (6 days/week) is included. Towels are changed daily and sheets are changed every two days.

SPA and gymnasium :
Located in the secondary house with sauna for 2 people, hot tub for 6 people. and a gym with some machines.
