SANTA GERTRUDIS

Beautiful modern villa nestled in the countryside in the center of the island and close to the village of Santa Gertrudis.

Originally built in the 2000s, it has been frequently featured in architecture and design magazines.

It was completely renovated in 2012 – 2015, by a famous British interior architect, with state-of-the-art equipment.

The estate of 20.000 m² was amplified by an olive grove of more than 200 trees along the side of the estate. It also has a fruit garden, several terraces and a 20-metre-long infinity pool surrounded by a wooden terrace.
